We have current availability for volunteers to join our team at ReportOUT and we welcome applications from suitably skilled people. Please note that we are after specific skilled roles and not general volunteers, These will be office based roles and so we request that volunteers be based locally in North East England (or who can travel to our office). However, we do have plans to develop wider U.K and international volunteer schemes in the future. We have the following volunteer role descriptors for you to download by clicking on the roles below:
When we recruit for volunteers to join our team we are open to all if people have the skills that we need. However, we particularly welcome applications from disabled and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) volunteers as well as LGB (lesbian, gay and bisexual) and trans, non-binary and intersex volunteers.
We require two references from all volunteers should you be successful, and we will pay your fees for an Enhanced DBS check.
ReportOUT has achieved the HIV charter mark Positive Allies (Level 1). This charter mark designates ReportOUT as an HIV-friendly place to work and volunteer, with clear policies in place and a willingness to tackle HIV-related stigma within this workplace/place of volunteering.
